By accessing or using TypeFast Pro at https://typefast.oddthree.com(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TypeFast Pro is a typing speed test application offering free and paid (Pro) tiers. Free users have access to core features with limitations. Pro subscribers unlock all themes, unlimited history, and additional features as described on our pricing page.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

• Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, automatically renewing until cancelled.
• Prices: Monthly at $4.99/month; Annual at $39.99/year. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds for unused time.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if you have not used Pro features. Contact us at support@oddthree.com.
• Payment processor: All payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate scores or leaderboards.
• Attempt to circumvent payment or tier restrictions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content, design, and code of TypeFast Pro is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission. Your typing test data remains yours.

By submitting to the leaderboard, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your username and score. We reserve the right to remove any score we believe is fraudulent or obtained through automation.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes or discontinuation, and will offer a pro-rata refund if the Service is discontinued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date above and, for material changes, by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
